Senior interior Designer
Our Shanghai office of MoHen Design International is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with at least 10 years of experience in contract design work. Strong design experiences, excellent client leadership, and marketing presentation skills are necessary. This person must have previous experience with local markets and have the ability to lead design teams. Other responsibilities will include client interaction, presentations, marketing, oversight of interior architecture and participation in setting strategy and direction for the team. We value employee development and also require that our Senior Interior Designer be able to mentor our design staff.
Our Shanghai office of MoHen Design International is seeking for interior designers with 6 to 15 years of professional experiences. Candidates must possess strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills. AutoCAD 2005 proficiency and knowledge of design process and construction documents are required. Experience with hospitality market sectors is an advantage.

The Lighting Designer is responsible for the conceptual lighting design which involves the determination of both aesthetic and technical requirements for interior and external spaces. This individual is expected to develop drawings, list any specifications, prepare lighting construction documents, project schedules, review submittals, assist with architectural details and coordinate with internal design team members as well as consulting engineers and contractors. The Lighting Designer is expected to be on-site during the installation stage of the project for contractor direction and approval.
Hospitality and Retail Designers
Our Shanghai office of MoHen Design International is looking for a Hospitality and a Retail Sector Specialist. Both candidates must be an expert in their sector and will support our sales team as each of our sectors grow. The candidates, who have demonstrated success in sales in the hospitality or retail industry, must be highly motivated. In addition to having an understanding of the hospitality industry, including competitors, expansions or developments, the Hospitality Sector Specialist must also be able to generate leads in the industry. The Retail Sector Specialists must know retail sales, distribution, planning and budget, and have established sales leadership in retail stores. These are national positions that will be responsible for growth within their sectors.
